Continental Condominiums has six different  beachfront unit types, including studio efficiencies, one bedroom, and two bedroom / two bath units.  In addition to the marvelous view of the gulf each unit has a full kitchen and 26-32” color television.

Continental Condominiums encourages a family atmosphere. No groups of students or teenagers are permitted unless they are accompanied by parents. Additionally, Continental Condominiums provides complimentary cribs, rollaway beds are available at an extra charge.

The low rates listed next to the floor plans do not include a one-time clean-up of the unit following guest check-out.  There is no daily maid service.  When making a reservation, a deposit of $100.00 is required and will be returned approximately 7 days after your stay is completed. Cancellations must be made 10 days prior to reserved dates to receive a refund of the deposit.
