There are six different styles of condos from one or two bedrooms

with up to four beds, and all have a complete kitchen. Reservations are accepted for monthly, weekly or any two night period. Continental Condominiums is close to restaurants and attractions of all kinds. For your security, there are security guards on the premises. Sightseeing, shopping, watersports and beach combing mapare all within minutes of Continental Condominiums. You will find plenty of activities for every member of the family when you stay at Continental Condominiums.

Deposits
Reservation deposit is $100.00. It will be held as a damage deposit and will be returned within 7 days of departure, after inspection of unit. It is not part of or applied to the rent. All deposits are returned by check. All cancellations must be made within 7 to 10 days prior to arrival in order to receive a refund of deposit.

No Groups, Students, Teenagers Unless Accompanied by Parents
Payment: Rent is due in full on the date of occupancy
No Refund for early departures.
